R.I.P. Xanga, facebook rules

there was an overthrow of the seat of king of internet time...for this is my first time to xanga in a month, it can mean nothing else but, it has died in my heart.  i have thought about coming back to you time and time again for my guilty pleasure of typing to you as if you had a soul and could respond, i fear the time is truely coming to an end, for the days of my saying others quit on you has now changed seasons into me quiting on you.  no one cares about you anymore, it is out with the old and in with the new. perhaps if you were created by someone named Zuckerberg you may still be in good shap, however i feel that you may never revitalize this tragic loss of losing one of your most dedicated bloggers.  i am the dwight k schrute of scranton, ohio branch of Dunder Mifflin; of xanga....it is time to make some cuts, and i fear you are the one, for you give me little utility anymore and have no new features.  i hope this is an awakening to the xanga professionals that REFORMATION MUST BEGIN NOW!!  If we are to REVITALIZE this great past time, REFORMATION MUST BEGIN NOW!! If a revival doesn't come, the days of mock newspapers, and school trash talking will be lost forever! what will we get in trouble for over the internet now!! oh yea, the facebook group about how this school sucks, which i totally don't agree with xanga. don't go spreading rumors...maybe that is why people quit on you, YOU COULDN'T KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! i mean facebook gives us the stalker information at the beginning page, but does not spread rumors...the days of you getting people in trouble are over, i am pulling the plug on you FOREVER, no more blogging NO MORE TIME WASTED ON YOU X.

until next time, chris

in conclusion i'll never give kids pills....amen

around 2 hours ago was the exact time 9 months ago i asked the question of deepening a relationship with sarah dixon which recieved a hearty yes.  i thank her for that, for my life would be different had that answer been different.

ok enough, i know sarah's the only one that will like that part of the post, but that's for you.  halloween was....another day lol.  i just enjoy the free candy. when i'm an old man i'm going to give away drugs...not weed, but like pain killers...ok maybe not.....ok probably not, unless i'm a crazy man with a dragon tattoo on my back, then and only then would i serve free pills to minors.  seriously..i'm kidding.  i don't particularly like needles anyway, therefore i probably will never get a tat, which means i'll never be a crazy old man with a tat of a dragon on my back, also, i don't like dragons, they are trashy to me.....so in conclusion i'll never give kids pills...amen

i USED to hate that arkansas can't pass well...

after just looking at the nations stats in rushing yards per game and pass yards per game, i decided i'm not so upset about Mustain not clicking the way i would want to on NCAA Football 2007 on my xbox.  Looking at the top 10 in passing yards per game there are only 2 good teams within the entire top 10 of that category and they fall to the bottom of the top ten listed as 9th and 10th.  however 5 of the top 10 teams in rushing ypg are within the top 25 in the nation (arkansas is  #5 on this list and 2nd in average per carry).  and these 5 are scattered through the entire 10.

though i would love to see an exciting passing game, and see Monk get the yards i know he can get.  i'm happy to see how good our running game is. we are only .5 yards per carry behind West Virginia to have the best ypc average.

i think though the key to making it to a BCS game is to develop more balance in the up coming sec games...those defenses will be able to sniff out our run better than SEMO,  Ole Miss, and UL-M

Just some rushing stats:

Rushing yards each game:
USC:                 130
Utah St.:          279
Vandy:              170
Bama:                172
Auburn:            279
SEMO:             381
Ole Miss:          141
ULM:                331

Non conference play:                 280.25 YPG
Non-conf. minus USC game:       330.33 YPG
Conference Play:                        190.5 ypg
All games:                                  235.37 YPG
All games minus USC:                 250.43 YPG

i know i'm a dork for doing this but i'm bored and interested

Oh, are we gonna make it

Xanga has become to disappear in importance in the lives of people at Williams.  i remember the days when people checked it often, had more than one xanga site.  gone are the great times of the upper wilson times, always reading K-Rocks (new name for you kyle) interesting posts about the pope, and hacking into Dennis' to make rather odd posts. however now it has become that cavity that you keep poking to see if it's still there. facebook is taking over the world, and soon it will be bought by a lazy company like yahoo that is out only to make more money and alas i find myself again here enslaved to writing my life, as flashy and exciting as it is away. this is to you xanga, i hope you are revitalized one day.

the divas 3rd season has come to a halt in the 2nd round of the playoffs.  we have done good this year and had fun.  we won a total of 6 games, which is 3 or 4 more than last year.  we recieved many new members: Mexican, Saucy, Juicy, Kyle K, Cheyne, Rizzteee, and that cody kid.  our last game was a heart crusher, as we had a chance to pull out an upsetting amazing come from behind win over the, previously named Titans, Silent Ninjas.  we were down early, but faught back to make a tie game with 20 points a piece. with less than 30 seconds to go in the game, we let milligan run many many yards en route to a victory and chance to win the free position at the state tournament at ASU.  we only had 5 1/2 players, 1/2 because mexican had a broke leg basically...ok stitches, brand new ones......it was fun diva

my Baptist History midterm was today.  i knew alot, i didn't know some.  i really hope i did good, because i feel like i've learned a ton of material and awesome facts about how baptist traditions came into existence.  it is my favorite class and i would be highly upset if i were to not do real well on the test.  Rythmical Movements is getting awesome too, square dancing is very fun.

the youth group attendance is deminishing on wednesdays as well as sundays.  i am very sad about this and i feel like it's my fault for not being able to be there full time.  i don't want a ton of youth there just so i can say i'm a youth minister of this many kids.  i want them all there so all 20+ will learn and grow and be great leaders for Christ.  i want them to be able to do things i was too afraid to do, because i felt a lonely christian in a heathen highschool.  learning about Baptist History and the persecution they went through just to be Baptist and it makes me feel terrible for thinking judgement of 100 highschoolers stopped me from being a evangelist in my highschool.

thursday we leave for Chicago. i'm so excited about this trip, i hope everything works out and we get a van.  we have already made hotel reservations and and pumped about this road trip. this will be much more organized than our last trip to chicago, which consisted of 4 people randomly deciding to find snow and continue to chicago just because, and driving almost non-stop for 24 hours.

i bought some new cds:
Say Anything "...is a real boy"
Family Guy "Live in Vegas"
Underoath "Define the Great Line"
Augustana "all the stars and buulevards"
Dashboard Confessional "MTV Unplugged"
Jason Mraz "MR. A-Z"

well xanga, this is the end of my slavery to you for the time being.  i cannot say when i will return to satisfy your desire for posts, but i promise, i will not abandon you. i will be back.  for now i will continue to wish for milk that i do not have, change into my sleeping clothing, slip into my bed for facinating dreams that i will never remember, but it's ok, sometimes some things should be left to enjoy alone, and not shared with the world.  my dreams are like a great movie, and i enjoy to watch every night, i would pay $8.75 an hour to watch my dreams on the big screen, and i know you would too.
